Star steel also offer one year service contract.

Our technician will come every quarter and will inspect the gate as follow
This inspection will include as a minimum:
1. Removal of covers to expose mechanical, electrical and electronic components.
2. Inspect belts and/or chains for proper tension and wear.
3. Using approved lubricants, service chain shafts as needed.
4. Inspect all electrical and electronic connections for corrosion and proper contact.
5. With covers off, cycle gate several times observing operation if electronic controls and mechanical operating.
6. Check gate-operating chain for proper tension. If gate operated by folding arms, cheek for twisting or damage. Lubricate operating device as needed.
7. Check gate opening and closing positions. If necessary, adjust to meet installed criteria.
8. Check operation of safety devices and exit loop if installed; see that gate operates property under all modes of initiation whether by radio receiver, push button or telephone.
9. Free labor for the all year and billing for the parts will be send to your company after the service.
